Within 24 hours: Dr. Hines will email you personally with your Stronghold Assessment link and scheduling instructions.
Before Session 1: Complete the Stronghold Assessment (200+ questions). Take your time. Be honest. The more honest you are, the more useful the data.
Session 1: Assessment review. You see yourself on paper for the first time. The performing version vs the real man. Phase 1 begins.
Between sessions: You will receive adaptive check-ins. Respond to them. They are part of the system.
