Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Dr. Hines Inc. By accessing our website (drhinesinc.com), scheduling appointments, completing our assessments, purchasing digital products, or engaging in any of our services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Dr. Hines Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "Dr. Hines").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website, assessments, or services.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING ANY APPOINTMENTS, COMPLETING ANY ASSESSMENTS, OR ENGAGING IN OUR SERVICES.

Dr. Hines Inc. primarily serves men. We provide faith-based coaching services designed to help men overcome passivity, reclaim leadership, and transform their lives.
Men's Coaching Services
- Men's Coaching (1-on-1 Sessions) – Individual coaching for men on personal growth, identity, relationships, leadership, and breaking free from toxic patterns and manipulative systems.
- Men's Intensives – Multi-day immersive programs for deep transformation work.
- Men's Group Coaching – Group-based programs where men sharpen men. Monthly membership format with weekly sessions.
- Discovery Calls – Initial consultation calls to determine fit and discuss needs.
Couples Services
- Couples Sessions – Ongoing coaching sessions for married couples focused on communication, connection, and relationship health.
- Marriage Intensives – Multi-day immersive programs for couples requiring deep relationship work. Both spouses must participate.
Wellness Services
- Fitness & Nutrition Coaching – Customized workout plans and nutritional guidance based on ISSA certification and evidence-based protocols.
Digital Products & Courses
- Online Courses – Self-paced digital training programs on topics including leadership, marriage, identity, and personal transformation.
- Digital Resources – Downloadable guides, workbooks, workout plans, nutrition plans, and other digital materials.
Service Delivery
Services may be delivered:
- In-person at our office in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma
- Via video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms)
- Via telephone
- In alternative settings as mutually agreed upon
- Online through our digital platform
Section 3: Assessments & Proprietary Tools
Dr. Hines Inc. has developed proprietary assessment tools to help individuals identify areas for growth and transformation. These assessments are intellectual property of Dr. Hines Inc. and are protected under copyright law.
Assessment Terms
By completing any assessment, you agree that:
- Assessment results are for personal development purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional diagnosis.
- Results may be used by Dr. Hines Inc. to personalize coaching recommendations.
- Assessment frameworks, methodologies, questions, and scoring systems are proprietary and may not be copied, reproduced, taught, or distributed.
- Free assessments provided do not create a coaching relationship or obligation.
- Email delivery of assessment results constitutes consent to receive follow-up communications (you may unsubscribe at any time).
Section 4: Nature of Services – Important Disclaimers
Faith-Based Coaching Disclaimer
Dr. Johnathan Hines holds a Doctorate in Christian Counseling (DCC) and related credentials, which are faith-based credentials. Our services integrate biblical principles with evidence-based methodologies including the Gottman Method.
Our services are faith-based coaching. They are NOT:
- Licensed Professional Counseling (LPC)
- Licensed psychological therapy
- Licensed clinical mental health treatment
- Medical treatment or advice
- Psychiatric services
- Legal advice or representation
DR. HINES IS NOT A LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR (LPC), PSYCHOLOGIST, PSYCHIATRIST, OR MEDICAL DOCTOR. THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY DR. HINES INC. ARE FAITH-BASED COACHING SERVICES AND ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT.
Fitness & Nutrition Disclaimer
Dr. Hines holds ISSA certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Weight Management. Fitness and nutrition guidance provided is for general wellness purposes.
CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE OR NUTRITION PROGRAM, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE EXISTING HEALTH CONDITIONS. DR. HINES INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR HEALTH ISSUE RESULTING FROM FOLLOWING FITNESS OR NUTRITION GUIDANCE.
Not a Substitute for Professional Treatment
Our services are designed to complement—not replace—licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing:
- Suicidal thoughts or ideation
- Homicidal thoughts
- Severe depression or anxiety
- Psychosis or hallucinations
- Active substance abuse requiring medical intervention
- Domestic violence (as a victim in immediate danger)
- Eating disorders requiring medical supervision
- Any mental health emergency
You should immediately contact a licensed mental health professional, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS. PROGRESS REQUIRES ACTIVE PARTICIPATION AND EFFORT FROM ALL PARTIES INVOLVED. PAST CLIENT SUCCESS DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.
Section 5: Client Responsibilities
By engaging in our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information – You will provide truthful and complete information during intake, assessments, and sessions.
- Participate actively – You will engage honestly and openly in the coaching process.
- Attend scheduled sessions – You will make reasonable efforts to attend all scheduled appointments and arrive on time.
- Follow cancellation policies – You will provide adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Respect boundaries – You will maintain appropriate boundaries in your relationship with Dr. Hines and staff.
- Take responsibility – You understand that you are responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.
- Emergency disclosure – You will inform Dr. Hines if you experience thoughts of self-harm, harm to others, or any mental health emergency.
Section 6: Mutual Confidentiality
Our Commitment to You
We treat all information shared during sessions with strict confidentiality. Your personal information, session content, and records will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
Limits to Confidentiality
Our confidentiality commitment may be limited, and disclosure may be required, in the following circumstances:
- Duty to Warn – If you express intent to harm yourself or another identifiable person
- Suspected Abuse or Neglect – If we have reasonable suspicion of child abuse, elder abuse, or abuse of a vulnerable adult
- Court Order – If we receive a valid court order or subpoena requiring disclosure
- As Otherwise Required by Law
Couples Sessions
When working with couples, confidentiality applies to the couple as a unit. Information shared by one spouse may be discussed with the other spouse in joint sessions unless there is an explicit written agreement otherwise. We do not keep secrets between spouses in couples work.
Section 7: Scheduling, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy
Cancellation Policy
48-Hour Notice Required. You must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the session or a cancellation fee equal to the full session rate.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without notice ("no-show"), the session will be forfeited with no refund or credit. Repeated no-shows may result in termination of services.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to a session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. You will be charged the full session rate regardless of late arrival.
Section 8: Intensives – Special Terms
Intensives (both Men's and Marriage) are premium, immersive multi-day programs requiring significant preparation and scheduling.
Cancellation of Intensives
- Cancellation 30+ days before start date: Deposit forfeited; any additional payments refunded
- Cancellation 14-29 days before start date: 50% of total fee forfeited
- Cancellation less than 14 days before start date: 100% of total fee forfeited; no refund
Marriage Intensives – Both Spouses Required
Marriage Intensives require the participation of both spouses. If one spouse is unable or unwilling to participate, the intensive cannot proceed as scheduled and cancellation terms will apply.
Section 9: Fees and Payment
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified
OUR SERVICES ARE PRIVATE-PAY AND ARE NOT COVERED BY HEALTH INSURANCE. WE DO NOT BILL INSURANCE COMPANIES, AND WE DO NOT PROVIDE SUPERBILLS FOR INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENT.
Non-Refundable Services
ALL COACHING SERVICES RENDERED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes completed sessions, discovery calls, intensive deposits and fees, group program fees, packages and prepaid sessions, and digital products.
Section 10: Termination of Services
Termination by Client
You may terminate services at any time by providing written notice. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered or for prepaid sessions/packages.
Termination by Dr. Hines Inc.
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for services, engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior, breach confidentiality, or if we determine that our services are not appropriate for your needs.

OUR SERVICES DO NOT INCLUDE EMERGENCY OR CRISIS SUPPORT. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MENTAL HEALTH EMERGENCY, CALL 911, GO TO YOUR NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM, CALL THE NATIONAL SUICIDE PREVENTION LIFELINE AT 988, OR TEXT HOME TO 741741 (CRISIS TEXT LINE).
Section 12: Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, assessments, worksheets, frameworks, methodologies, and other materials, is the property of Dr. Hines Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission, use our content for commercial purposes, teach, resell, or share our proprietary methods with others, or claim ownership of our intellectual property.
Section 13: Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DR. HINES INC., ITS OWNER, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Section 14: Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
Jurisdiction and Venue
Any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
Section 15: Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
