I've been married to Becky for over 21 years. Two kids: Emma (15) and Corban (6). I'm not coaching from an ivory tower. I'm coaching from the trenches.
I know what it's like to have hard conversations at midnight. I know what it's like to carry weight nobody else sees. I know what it's like when everything feels like it's falling apart.
I didn't become a coach because I had it figured out. I became one because I didn't.
I grew up in dysfunction. I've experienced manipulation from people who should have protected me. I've had to cut ties with family members who were toxic. I've walked through seasons where my marriage was harder than I expected.
I've also done the work to heal. I've sat in the chair myself. I've faced the patterns I inherited and made the choice to break them.
Those experiences didn't disqualify me. They equipped me.
Transformation requires truth. I will not tell you what you want to hear. I will tell you what you need to hear.
Speed matters. When you're drowning, you don't need swimming lessons. You need someone to pull you out first.
Structure produces freedom. People in crisis need frameworks and tools, not open ended exploration. That's why I developed The Stronghold Method™.
