The Stronghold Assessment

Before we talk, you complete the assessment.

The Stronghold Assessment is a 125-question instrument built specifically for coaching. It measures 76 composite scores across identity, relational patterns, emotional patterns, trauma indicators, and wellbeing. It also includes five validated mental health screening tools.

When you finish, I have a complete picture of where you are before our first conversation. That means the first session is about real work — not warm-up.

The assessment is free for all new clients. You complete it online at your own pace before the discovery call.

What the assessment covers:
  • Step 1

    Identity and Relational Patterns

How you see yourself, how you relate to others, and where those patterns formed.

  • Step 2

    Emotional and Behavioral Patterns

Anger, passivity, shutdown, avoidance — how you respond when things get hard.

  • Step 3

    Family System and Father Wound

What was installed in you before you had a choice about it.

  • Step 4

    Wellbeing and Mental Health Screening

Five validated tools covering depression, anxiety, trauma, burnout, and crisis indicators.

  • Step 5

    Couples Deep Dive

Marriage-specific layer. Nine signed agreements and relational alignment data. Couples only.
